Survival-based platformer game following the goal of self-actualization

Okay, hi. I'm only asking for people to respond if they are truly passionate about video game development.. not just your average freelancer. As in, someone who may want to continue to work as partners in the future. The game has no title but I have a pretty laid out game design document. It revolves around Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and it is a combination of Terraria/Civilization. That style of gameplay. Like I said, I'm not asking for an average freelancer.. I am looking for a partner. I'm not entirely sure how the pay would work, whether it would be rev-share, a monthly payment, hourly payment or a one time payment. I'm open to ideas.
