Social Networking Automation Server software

I need a server based application that allows legitimate users of a certain social networking community, with registered accounts on this social networking community, to manage the process of adding friends, sending comments, and posting bullitens to thier own accounts. This automated server software would reside on my server, and cycle thorugh seperate configuration files of accounts, bullitens, comments, and preconfigured friend requests. I would prefer that this sofware be primarily command line, with configuration being done in text files.

Software must be fault tolerant as this social netowrking site commonly doesnt work right, so your software must be able to handle this..

BE SERIOUS IN THIS! Dont take this project on if you do not have experience in coding command line web applications and have some experience with social networking sites. This will be used with ONE site, which will be disclosed later.

This software would be used for the purposes of enhancing ones experience with a certain online social networking site. It is not a BOT, but a legimate application used to enhance the user experience.
