I see that the website is working. It seems even slower than before the crash :( ... We really need to rebuild this ASAP.
Here is a wishlist of current functionalities. Please review and then we can meet to further refine. I would think the first thing we need to do is commit to a "platform" and then work within the capabilities of that platform (i.e> no "workarounds!!" )
One of the biggest challenges with Guests placing orders is that there is confusion about whether to choose "courier" service or "shipping" servce. We can discuss this more later.
My overall goal is to have the online shopping experience to be quick, easy, fast and intuitive. The MCJ website should be a robust "4th store" for us.
When a Guest wants to order online, the first question to ask is "pick-up" or "delivery"Pick up or courier orders placed BEFORE 2 pm will be processed the same dayPick up or courier orders placed AFTER 2 pm will be processed the next business dayShipping orders are ALWAYS processed (i.e. "shipped") the next business dayAt check out Guest chooses day and time they want the order. Only a subset of the MCJ menu items wil be available for shipping.
