vBulliten Pro Required for UK Startup

I am looking for a vBulliten Administrator (Professional) who also has good development skills (PHP,MySQL) and could undertake custom modifications to vB if required. Initially the work will be setting up our new forum which is being launched in the UK (specifically City of London) and is expecting heavy use. You MUST have proven experience in vB which you can show us through portfolio links and speak very good English and be contactable via Phone/IM.
