I have been trying to outsource projects on here and the results so far have not been good.. I am looking for a company in India that can help me manage my outsourcing projects. Basically, I am looking to pay you a fee for each worker that you can find me who does a quality job and if they do not do a quality job I would expect that you find a replacement right away. There is a long term future in this as I will be needing more and more worker in the coming months.
I need a good company that can provide me with high quality workers for web design, flash design, graphic design, oscommerce projects and other web related projects as well as some data entry projects. I have urgent work that needs to be begun immediately so I am hoping to be able to have employees start today if possible. Thank you for looking.
