I am a sports event organiser based in Newcastle upon Tyne, England.
I have a requirement for a 'Sponsorship' and advertising space sales professional for two upcoming kickboxing & thaiboxing events.
Initially, the first event will be a lot smaller, with an attendance of around 650 persons. Should you succeed in pulling in revenue, this will be extended to a larger series of events.
30-50% commission on all sales, plus a bonus should minimum sales targets be reached.
You will be selling the following:
- Event programme space advertising (16 page booklet) - usually £100
- Rights to sponsors to issue discount cards / vouchers to all in attendance at the event (a proven, excellent way of monitoring ROI for potential sponsors) - usually £200
- Main Evens sponsors - maximum exposure on every aspect of the event - usually £1,500
- Single contest (fight) sponsors - usually £100
All sponsorship & advertising opportunities will be broken down in full for the sales professional chosen.
The successful applicant could have further opportunities to work with our international sports partners, with large TV audiences that will each seek a proven sales professional.
