As a Sales/Account Manager, your role will be focused on setting appointments, conducting sales webinars, conducting sales demos and closing the sales. You may also conduct sales training, sales consulting, coaching, sales management.
Through or marketing programs, we develop interested people in our service, and your roles will be to reach out to interested prospects, invite them to a webinar, conduct the webinar, schedule a Demo, conduct the demo and close the sale.
When you have hit your daily sales goal, you will then be assigned a sales associate who you will train, and you will receive an override commission for their sales.
You have 10+ years of sales, appointment setting, sales consulting experience with sales team management focused on closing.
You have done the entirety of the sales process: inbound, outbound telemarketing, face-to-face; cold calls, renewals of current customer base;
You have experience successfully reaching and surpassing quarterly sales goals for all my major sales roles.
You also have experience conducting online research, research of competitors, analysis of current customer programs, and prepped recommendations and packages to offer for their consideration.
Preference will be given to:
Candidates who have developed sales processes, discovered price models, discovered demand for service/product, designed scripts, hired salespeople/appointment setters, trained, coached, managed.
Have managed a team of sales professionals, managing and building teams and coaching sales professionals to reach company sales goals, and to help professionals go to the next level of their learning curve in sales/appointment setting.
Your goal is to set an average of 1-3 solid appointments an hour every hour.
Conduct 2-3 Presentations/Day
Conduct 2-3 Product Demos/Day
Close 2-3 clients/Day or 5 - 7 per week.
