In this role, you’ll be responsible for recruiting and developing your own team of financial professionals. Responsibilities • Recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals as an Associate Partner • Become an associate partner on the management team after successfully completing all program requirements • Hone your skills and facilitate success as a manager by participating in our intensive, six-month Associate Partner Training Program • Determine financial solutions for clients within a breadth of relevant products and services such as life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, mutual funds, and more • Help clients reach their financial goals using a hands-on approach to developing customized, long-term strategies that meet their needs Qualifications • Spanish, Portuguese, or other language fluency is beneficial • Cultural markets knowledge preferred but not required • Sales experience necessary • Seeking a rewarding and challenging career as a goal-oriented, highly motivated financial professional • Must have financial services industry and/or insurance industry experience Compensation Average Agent last year made over $90,000.
