App built around Acronis API

Howdy! We're a small company that provides managed backup services for our clients using Acronis. We have just a handful of clients and we'd like to have an app that helps fix issues when they come up. Stage One: We'd like an application that interacts with Acronis Cloud Backup through their API to resolve issues and alerts that come up - failed or halted backups started, stuff like that. The application would automatically run and try to resolve issues that come up based off of the error codes from Acronis. Logging would be important and it would be nice to have a 'per client' record of what was done available in the app or potentially exported/emailed. -Future- Stage Two: Integrate with Autotask for ticketing - generate tickets and included pertinent information on what the error is and what was tried by the application. I'd prefer a direct integration with Autotask via their API rather than emails sent to an Autotask monitored email that's then parsed to generate a ticket. It allows for alerts to pass from Acronis to Autotask to generate tickets. The tickets are then handled by technicians. Ticketing and billing information seems to be all that currently passes between/is handled by this integration. We'd also need to determine where this can be hosted securely for as little overhead as possible (still rather small).
