For our stakeholders in the industrial space, we're looking to do a discovery sprint and have room for 2 user researchers. You would need at least 2 years of minimum experience as a user researcher and understand how to plan, execute and analyze qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method studies. There will be a large focus on customer Interviews, as well as surveys, ideation sessions, ethnographic field research, usability evaluation, statistical modeling, and diary studies. We will also be constructing stakeholder maps, ecosystem maps, personas, journey maps, service blueprints, and SWOT analysis. The Discovery Sprint will be 8-12 weeks starting in late June 2021 with a 20/30hr per week commitment. If you are available and this project excites you, let us know and we can have a conversation.
