I am looking for someone who can handle all sorts of tasks. The most important things I need in a person are to be a quick learner, punctual, efficient, enthusiasm, and willing to improve. There will be a range of tasks that I will need to be done. I want to be able to hire someone for multiple projects and on a consistent basis. I am not looking to hire someone once I would like this to turn into a full time position if we work well together.
Projects that you will be working on are listed below.
1. Product research and analysis - This requires organization skills, time efficiency, and being able to take multiple factors into consideration
2. Lead Generation - This requires organization skills, time efficiency, and being able to adapt to different situations
3. Inventory Management/Listing Management - This requires organization skills, and time efficiency
4. Sell Through Management/Pricing Management - This requires attention to detail, time efficiency, and no room for error
5. Assistant - This requires you to help me with whatever tasks I need help with
6. Employee Recruiting - This requires a person to know what jobs need to be filled and how to make our business operate more efficiently. You will need to see where jobs that you are doing and jobs you are not doing need to be filled with another person. This requires a broader outlook on the business and not just as an employee. This will be worked on later in the position.
Pay will increase as your job increases with responsibility
