This project requires creation 'IDEAL PROFILES' for Mid & Senior level roles related to Pharma Manufacturing. The profile would include Role's Purpose, Technical Competencies, Behavioural Competencies, Education & Exposure required for the role.
Approximately 85 profiles need to be created for Roles ranging across Safety Health & Environment, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, Production, Research & Development etc.
IMPORTANT : Please note that an IDEAL PROFILE ( IP ) is not the same as JOB DESCRIPTION ( JD ). While there can be some overlap between the two, but there are significant differences. For example an IP includes futuristic skills as well as today's skills. An organization may or may not be ready to include all elements of an IP in the JD, however the aspiration can be to move towards IP.
SUPPORT TO BE PROVIDED BY ORGRO SOLUTIONS : We will provide multiple samples of IPs and also share reference documents for Technical as well as Behavioural Competencies.
SKILLS REQUIRED : Excellent ( Vocabulary, Sentence Construction ) Writing Skills. Prior Exposure to Pharma Manufacturing is highly desirable, but not essential.
