Monroe County Justice

I'm a pro se litigant suing in wi county branch civil court for false imprisonment by Monroe County Sheriff's Deputy. Unfortunately, I had to endure a lot of self representation during a hard fought custody battle divorce (I was asking for equal placement) but fared fairly well. Maybe not possible but I'd like to have somebody with knowledge (plug me in per hour and I'll pay as we go) that can hopefully shorten some research time for me. Some of my questions might be quite silly and easily handled off the cuff; ie, if they get my suit thrown out on a technicality in my summons or complaint with my civil suit, can I fix the technical mistake and refile the suit? I've got criminal against me going on with this case and also a smalls claims court action. Very ugly deal. Deputy judged us morally reprehensible immediately, violated all rules, and when he couldn't find drugs he was certain he'd find then planted on my passenger. Nearly all caught with his own body camera recording device. This routine traffic stopped turned into something that can only best be described as circa '30's Gestapo judges couple Jewish. Those who've seen it are appalled, including Deputy from outside agency investigating our allegations and Defense attorney representing my passenger in traffic stop. I mean aghast appalled. I have a second suit planned for cruel and unusual punishment in Federal Court and my passenger is planning nearly same suit as my first suit in WI County Branch Circuit Court for false imprisonment and one in Federal Court for profiling.
