I need to submit a render of a shop front as a proposal to the landlord. I understand that the presentation between a 2d and a 3d varies significantly but I have 2 pressures - time and money. I am asking you to submit your cost differential for rendering a shopfront which is 6.9m (L) x 5m (H) x 3m (D) in 2d and 3d as well as the time it will take you. An example of the shopfront is attached.([login to view URL]) The space will be divided into 2 with the middle pillar acting as the separation and 2 different shop concepts developed on each side. Each concept will have the basics of whats attached below under the file 'French Popcorn' ie a display window, the menu board and the brand name. If the cost for 3d is too high for my budget, I will go with a 2d concept as attached for French Popcorn. The winner of the project, assuming you do a good job will get to render the whole project if it goes ahead with the shopping centre so be competitive in pricing right now
