I need a 3D model of something. I need a design for a restaurant (60m sq). The restaurant is divided to two main areas. First area is the kitchen and the second area is the front client. They are 30 m sq each. I have the shop plans including the EMP for the kitchen equipment only which is designed by the equpment and machines supplier including ampere calculations, power sockets points, gas points, water and drainage. I need a plan design(shop layout) for others like lighting, fire fighting, HVAC, other plumbing plan, surivillance camera system, etc. second, creative and compelet decoration design including a 3D rendering by 3D max or similar. Once we agree I will send you the open autocad file for the kitchen plans. I have some idea in mind and I can send pictures for similar resturant to help you understand what I want. The plans should aslo include the bill if quantity for all items as well as the item specification. You have been working before in resturant design otherwise I can nit hire. Thanks
