An opportunity to get a new cafe site has become available. To show we are keen we require 1. An CAD plan drawn up (only draft and not for construction) 2. An internal render 3. An external render 1 and 2 are the priority, 3 is not as important. Of course we need this ASAP, however if we are successful we will be looking to do more detailed work so we'd like to build a long and strong relationship via freelancer. - We will sign up with someone who, - shows they have read understood the requirements - has a quick turn around - sends examples of their work that is similar to our requirements.
