Write a Python or C trading bot based on 2 GitHub APIs (Bybit API + Market Data API) for Windows

This project requires a trading bot to be written based on data from two APIs.
One of the APIS is the exchange Bybit , the following is the official repository

The other is a market data provider.
The trading bot will perform trading positions based on predefined criteria from the user.
No GUI required, setting handled via .yaml or txt file
Multiple bots/terminal will be run simultaneously on the same machine.
The bot will run on Windows 10/Server 2016/19
Bot Language must be Python or C (Repositories requirement)
No proxy/socks are required for the exchange but will be needed for the market data provider.
