I have been working with another freelancer to help build a user front end that will execute python scripts in the back ground. We have an initial UI and I require further development on this. The current code is running Python 3 using Flask. jQuery is also used to ease front-end development; front-end Flask uses Jinja2 for templating, but that is implied when Flask is brought up. The key for this project is to develop the existing UI to be end user configurable, There needs to be an configuration file where I can change and adjust settings. An end user interfaces for configuring the main page needs to be created, Wifi configured and local weather gathered based on the users location via chrome location services. This is all built on a Raspberry Pi3.
