I am looking for a Python developer who can create a Telegram bot that will automate tasks. I have a list of specific tasks that I want the bot to complete. The level of customization I require is moderate.
I need telegram bot that using latest version of python telegram bot.
I need the ability to check which channels or group that the groups are into.
Can setup message to send which will be able to generate button/text with links on the message, the description too.
Option to send to which group/channel.
Able to send private message to new member or left member from the group (automation), but will set from the bot the message (usually text or button with links and also description)
At the end of the project before i release the milestone, the program must works completely and free of bug.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with Telegram bot API
- Familiarity with task automation and bot customization
- Ability to work with APIs and JSON data
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
