This is small project. I need your help to write a simple python script to read messages from public telegram chanel using telegram API. read only messages posted on that day only and when I run the script again it should check or read only newly published messages/posts. store messages in txt file and append new messages at end. System Environment: Ubuntu 16.04.4 LTS Python 2.7.12 Max Budget: Rs 1000
