Python modification on email validator script

Looking for someone who can take good care of my existing script using python. It is already working to validate whether an email address is valid(existing) or not like yahoo, gmail, aol, hotmail servers. All I need is just a few lines of code/enhancement such that it will enable to handshake from any domain with spam filters enabled, able to bypass proxy. And then will give the script via chat for the selected candidate. The tasks is pretty easy for someone who have past experienced related to the task and it can be done in less than an hour.
