Python mathematical comparison script with the input and output being an excel file. -- 2

For this project, I'm trying to characterize a Collection of numbers on a sample excel file in terms of percentage values of Reference Collections on a Reference sheet. Reference Sheet: There's a Reference excel sheet with numbers. Column A is a list of terms (Anonymized terms labeled Collection1 all the way down to Collection521), while row 1 is labeled as 16 periodic table elements. Input file: Given an excel sheet with a sample set of numbers (lets call it CollectionSample) (this sample sheet will have the 16 elements in row 1 as labels and 16 numbers in the second row as values), design a python script to characterize CollectionSample in terms of percentages of the existing reference values within the table. Example: For example, the sample file will contain these values (the Element will be in row one of the excel sheet, the number in parenthesis will be in the second row underneath the element): Iron (0) Zinc (0) Tungsten (0) Copper (2) Aluminum (1.6) Radon (1.4) Sulphur (0) Titanium (0) Palladium (0) Platinum (0) Argon (2.3) Helium (1.3) Cobalt (1.5) Nickel (1.7) Chromium (1.8) Tungsten (2.5) The python algorithm must characterize this sample file in terms of percentages of the Collection terms on the Reference sheet.
