Object Recognition in Python - Recognize a Mouse from any Angle

Looking for a script written in python 2.7 which can identify if a mouse is present in an image or not. The script must take the path to a picture and output the probability that the picture contains a mouse or not. The script will be considered successful if it has a success rate of 95% or greater. The validation set of images will be mutually agreed upon by myself and the freelancer. The neural network to be used is up to the freelancer but must be agreed upon by myself and the freelancer. I recommend training the neural network based on the image-net database of mice, though any such data-set can be used. [login to view URL]
