Work Already Done
I already have code of CogNos. here it is the link of code and how to install in ns2 : [login to view URL]
Now this code is running perfectly fine in my system and it also showing GUI
In this code there is a user called primary user (PU) and they have just implemented that how cognitive user means Secondary user (SU) can access the channel through spectrum sensing and they have considered multi-channel scenario.

What i want ?
Implement underlay network model, Working of Underlay : if PU has data, it sends data through channel or medium or slot but if it does not have data then it waits so for that time SU access that channel through spectrum sensing and gets channels and start sending data using PU channel or slot. But, if PU re-appears then in-spite of choosing another channel (handoff) and aborting its transmission the SU will continue its transmission under a pre-defined threshold value called interference temperature (IT) for not causing interference to PU transmission. And PU starts its transmission with high power and SU continue its transmission with low power according to pre-defined threshold value.

Output I Need
1: Running code on my system which ofcourse generate trace file
2: GUI
3: Graphs of following
3.1) TCP end-to-end throughput
3.2) TCP end-to-end delay
3.3) Packet drop probability
