Create a Native Android and iOS Social Media Apps

I want to create a social media apps, similar like Path that can share moments and have tons of reaction emoticons plus you can play game too inside there. Below are some functionality needed: 1. The database will be using NoSQL (MongoDB) or Cassandra 2. I will also need an admin panel (web based made by Python Django) to tracks users data and statistics, geographically and their activities in using the apps, along with the user details, relations to each other. 3. Beautiful, simple and elegant design. Clean look is number one 6. Simple game that can be played by any users together, and users can also create game and deploy it with SDK. Game like TicTacToe, Splendor, Poker, Tetris. Whichever you can do you can tell me 7. Comparing other users and add to relations (as friend, family, etc), post newest moments, max 160 characters words + photos / videos / activities / location tag / polling / music listened, users can edit profile, change password, delete account, add favorite books, movies, quotes, hobbies, favorite artists, influencer, brand designer, user can choose their own banner background theme picture in their profile page. 8. The picture or videos that are uploaded will be shown in Polyhedron manner. 9. Fingerprints login / Face recognition / Voice recognition login using Android and iOS SDK, with email and phone number verification using SMS gateway. My budget is tight it is only USD 20 for this and I will get the source code plus installation / uploading of the admin panel and database into the hosting / server and apps to the app store.
