Build me a cross Platform app in ReactNative

I need an App similar to Routematic app already present on AppStore.
App should have 3 kind of login,
1. For Individual Employee
2. For Driver
3. For Company
Login type 1: Employee will see there Cab details, navigate it and would be able to call Driver/Helpdesk from the app.
Login Type 2: Drivers will see the list of employee he has to pick enroute.
Login Type 3: Company app/webportal, where someone from company helpdesk can login and track the status of all the cabs.
Also, for the backened, preferably on Python,
We need a categorization of employess based on route within company, & those companies categorized as per cities and so on.
