Betfair investment robot -- 2

I need an online system, which works like an investment robot on the sports exchange, entering and leaving the options strategically applying the inputs and outputs through the Betfair client login. This robot will have to have a login area, 3 strategic application modes, being: beginner mode, intermediate mode, aggressive mode. In addition, it will collect strategies from an investment api compatible with BetFair. The robot will work 24 hours a day, analyzing football matches and applying strategies to the client's account, that is, this system needs to be multi-user. When the customer logs in to the robot, he will enter his BetFair account login and password inside the robot, that is, the robot will log in to betfair to place bets, entering and leaving the options according to the strategies that are registered in the robot. I need to know the price and who has this knowledge to solve, the technologies can be PHP, Django, VueJS or similar. I await proposals.
