We are specialise in building Patios, Carports and Decks. So thats very niche part of construction.
We are expanding dynamically and we are looking for LONG TERM HIRE of somebody to support us in:
1) Relating to End Customers. Necessary experience in Customer Service. Candidate have to sound like Australian, no strong accent acceptable.
2) Relating to suppliers, engineers, certifiers etc. Good knowledge of materials and process we are using. I'm attaching some manuals. Please look at this as you will need to understand this to be able to relate to different entities in organisation. Study manuals and please don't waste your time, if you not Technical Person. There are plenty of other jobs and companies, where you can fit.
I'M ATTACHING SOME MANUALS TO GIVE YOU IDEA ABOUT THE PROCESS AND PRODUCTS WE ARE USING. THATS JUST SOME OF OUR SUPPLIERS AND HAVE NO CONNECTION TO OUR COMPANY.
3) Some basic experience in bookkeeping. We are using Xero, very simple bookkeeping program. Easy to learn if somebody have any experience.
4) Candidate has to be in Time zone allowing him to be able work in full mental capacity between 7am-4pm AEST, Brisbane time.
5) Beside this candidate has to be smart and organised
Most of the time it would necessary to spend on the phone so good English and internet connection is must.
