I am looking for an events team (agency or freelance) who can build a programme of activation which will generate actionable insight from our key customers and deliver insight from potential new customers via a 121 event engagement programme in Feb-March 2020. This insight will inform a content generation plan, that you will need to produce and present as a strategic plan, with outcomes, as part of this pitch process. You will need to send a proposal of work, identify key event activation opportunities, with a cost breakdown to qualify for consideration and evidence of previous experience of partnering with global brands. You must be based in South Africa, ideally Johannesburg and have evidence of working with brands to build new brand partnerships, delivered through joint marketing initiatives. Pitch and deliver a scope of work which will include a series of, business and economics events, where we can partner, and generate content and insights in partnership with suitable brands. This scope of work must be delivered by March 2020. You will:
Research and present a events strategy programme, which will also deliver a strong programme of digital content, from which we can define customer insights and attitudes. Be able to offer a guest management and coordination service for the events element of the project.
Offer a partnering introduction service, to allow us to deliver and collaborate alongside, similar organisations.
Be able to make introductions to SA Cricket, financial institutions and female leadership organisations and negotiate activation opportunities, which will deliver insight into a potential new customer base. You must be able to facilitate introductions and assist with building this partnership.
Be able to demonstrate, that you will lead your team of event producers, designers, digital content generators, project management specialists to deliver agreed outcomes, whilst also demonstrating an ability to conduct high profile client negotiations and relationship development.
Be able to generate and demonstrate an ability to deliver a full ROI report at the end of the project to record, lessons learned, digital engagement and audience sentiment.
