Source Fabrics for my Sportswear Business

Hi, My name is Manoj Athukorala, I have a start-up sportswear business in Colombo, Srilanka. I am based in London. For our first sportswear collection we need to source fabric only (not finished products). The fabric that we need for the following products: Men’s Wear Active GYM T-shirts (Type 1) - 100% Polyester - Lycra Finish 160 GSM GYM Tshirt (Type 2) - 91% Polyester 9% Spandex 220 GSM OR Ventilation mesh 88% Polyester 12% Spandex 140 GSM Tanks Tops - 95% Cotton 5% Spandex 220 GSM Hoodies - 85% Cotton 10% Polyester 5% Spandex 320 GSM OR 60% Cotton 40% Poly 320 GSM Joggers - 85% Cotton 10% Polyester 5% Spandex 320 GSM OR 79% Viscose 17% Poly 4% Spandex 280 GSM Bottoms -Trikot 100% Polyester Women’s Wear Active GYM T-shirts - Cotton 95% & 5% Elastane with Lycra finish 150 GSM Sports Bra - 88% Nylon 12% Spandex 290 GSM OR Economical -88% Polyester 12% Spandex 290 GSM Tank Top - 85% Modal 5% Spandex 150 GSM Joggers - 79% Viscose 17% Poly 4% Spandex 280 GSM Seamless Apparel - 94% Nylon 6% Elastane 280 GSM (Polyamide / Polyester) Vests Bottoms and Leggings - 88% Nylon 12% Spandex 290 GSM / Spandex 100% Poly 180 GSM Quantity: 750 - 1000 yards (mix of each fabric) We are competing with high end fashion brands like Ralph Lauren and Levi's so we need the BEST quality fabrics. We would appreciate some samples if it is possible. I have also attached a picture to this email that has an elastic part that we need from you also (the elastic piece around the waist and the bottom of the sports bra where the logo is printed).
