I will be going to the LREC2022 conference, and I have a large poster that I need for the conference. I don't want to bring it all the way from Australia, so this project is for you to get it printed and delivered instead. The PDF file is attached. It needs to be printed A0 and laminated. Let me know if you are including the cost of printing in your proposal, or whether you want me to pay a printer directly. Either is OK for me.

Hi I am full time active freelancer with all facilities and experience. Gone through your proposal of sending the laminated A0 print out as given in the proposal to Palais du Pharo (Marseilles). I can do that work as per your instructions, And I understood the project well. I will take the color print out of the file given, laminate it and send it to the above address by DHL couriers. in time I have done similar jobs earlier as well. The quoted price is only the fees for print out, lamination and courier costs are extra at actuals, I will give you the invoice you have to pay for that.
