HI there are two list which i need you to extrapolate data.

1. I will provide you with an xls list and you will input the parcels numbers from that list here: [url removed, login to view]

2.

A. I will give you .txt lists

B. you will pull legal description and property class from this website [url removed, login to view]

C. .pull the address from the lists and enter them here: [url removed, login to view]

For both lists, if the total value/current fair market value of parcel is > $10,000.00 & the total amount due is > $50.00 You will extract :

1. owners name and address

2. property address

3. legal description & property class

3. Total value

4. Total due and put these on an xls file.
