The project is to write content for a website. The website will be the homepage of a newly founded company providing consulting and advisory services in organisational design and transformation to responsive organisations. The name of the company in OOTW or Out of This World ([login to view URL] will be the domain).
Our business will provide a new method on how companies and organisations will work in the future as responsive organisations. It will be a disruptive shift ( out of this world ) on how to interpret management and leadership to nurtue well-being of the organisation as a whole as well as the employees contributing to the organisations purpose ( being successful and growing sustainably being part of the purpose).
In contrast to many traditional change management, coaching or HR consulting companies our founders come from an entrepreneurial background with a proven track history in successful start-ups in different areas
and have transformed their own companies into responsive organisations before starting OOTW. In addition we have also a history in Senior Management role in traditional companies and are able to bridge the gap between both worlds.
Because we combine the knowledge of transforming organisations with the business sense that comes with successful careers in organisations of considerable sizes we expect our clients to pick us over the competition.
We want to help our clients to change the way they do business by opening up the world of responsiveness to them.
We want to help a start-up to become a sustainable growing organisation and help a more traditional company to become lean and quick moving by embracing principles of responsiveness.
We have already drafted some pieces of copy but are happy to throw them aboard. The design of the website is almost finished and we have put some thoughts into the structure of the site.
In terms of completion date, end of January would be great.
