Wordpress theme

Wordpress Expert required! You must have a complete indepth knowledge and experience of developing wordpress themes. I require a wordpress theme similar to tinyurl[dot]com/6zzbeg Must be latest xhtml 1.1 valid, css valid, web standards, the clone must use latest web standards recommendations, replace such as javascript pre-load images with css. Theme must be complete and broken down to standard wordpress guidlines for ease of use and manageability. Where images exist in design to be cloned you will use placeholder images, therefore no photoshop work required, images will be added later. No use of additional html to bypass use of wordpress php, to ensure theme/pages/links etc etc can be updated using wordpress and will reflect site wide. Work must be clean, well commented. Before you bid ensure you have a complete knowledge of latest xhtml, css and have working examples of wordpress themes you have designed.
