Wordpress Theme Page Change & Other Fix for Website

Need to fix my WordPress website with a new update for plugin 2019 without changing most of the design from twenty sixteen theme to elementor page builder to replicate or child theme. Its for a salon. Will give you the old WordPress file to work with or you suggest. 1) Need to install a new slider and remove old multi-image widget for slider image like meta slider also would like to install 2) Delete duplicate plugins. Need to have all icons in different pages for better SEO. 3) Need to fix content in WordPress in headers and in description use H2 and H3 for all the keywords and description. 4) Need to fix content in data will help for keywords. 5) Delete all pages & Post that are not live on website to keep the site clean. Fix the footer with just address and other menu icons. 6) Need to add a google map to the address location. 7) Fix the home page and other pages rather than having everything on 1 page. 8) Write content in job opportunity. 9) Keep Pictures & replace old pictures will provide new pictures. Update Twenty Sixteen theme to newer theme elementor for better WordPress optimization & mobile friendly. 10) Need to have Shiftnav to a better plugin for a faster mobile response and also check to see if social media plugins like Google Review and Fb Slider are not conflicting with each other. 11) Need to make some changes to the direction page with adding photo hours of operation. 12) Fixing the permalink & URL 13) Will give some plugins that are not installed or activated. 14) Will provide new pictures for the site. 15) Write a Blog post will give you content.
