Hello You need a wordpress plugin made which can read from a mysql database and display it in a responsive way. Admin should be able to control which columns are visible based on user levels. Ability to select foreign key from other tables in a digital way. So no need to write manual queries. Each field is editable but each edit requires a certain login credential and approval from a moderator before publish happens. But as overview. first of all some information has to be stored in the wordpress database which are of two types 1. set up information and data information. Secondly developer has to write a php funtion to create the table and the same function will call database connection when the plugin is activated and the module can be called for the various requirement posted above as database to be saved as and when editing is done on fly. if you still have any query please mail me i will be more then happy to reply. thanks once again.
