Wordpress Install and Set Up and basic tweaks

I have need a Wordpress installed on a server, and the a theme added and the pages in the theme set up (I can do this myself to assist in the build).
Basic things to be set up
1. Install WP GDPR Cookie Compliance Plugin - by Moove
2. Set Up Contact Page with Form and Opt in (tick box) prior to send
3. Set Up footer menu and XML and HTML Site maps generated
4. Set up and install WP YOAST SEO plugin
5. Set Page structure up
6. Install a plugin to pull in our instagram feed
The site needs to be created in a sub folder as I have a site thats up and running at present, and want to ensure that when I am happy with the site that I can move it over.
I am using HEART INTERNET for hosting, just so you are aware.
I have FTP and CPANEL available.
I do not want day dreamers, I can install wordpress myself and install the theme and set the pages up if need be, but would prefer a WP specialist to help refine the website
7. Embed video on home page
