Wordpress changes on template & adsense optimization!

We want t make some changes in our website. We are using Wordpress and Unicmag template (edited a lot). our website: [login to view URL] We want to make some changes in:
1. Menu -> The menu should look better in desktop screens. maybe bigger tabs? You can give your thoughts on that
2. The adsense inside the articles, in the mobile browsing, should look much better. Maybe include a box that will indicate that they are ads.
3. We need a change on the Related articles inside the posts that will boost the user to retain in the website. Maybe a better design for that.
4. Remove the ads on disqus plugin - if thats not possible then maybe we need to go to a paid subscription with the plugin in order to get profit out of it.
5. Optimize our adsense campaigns. We are currently having a lot of adsense inside. Maybe optimize it in order to increase our revenue
Budget: 150 maximum for these changes. We are looking to hire someone for long-term so if this project is a success, more will come within the month.
