Woocommerce Checkout Problems - After payment don't redirect

The problem: When a user is going to make a payment in my woocommerce, he presses the 'buy' button and his payment is processed by the payment gateway BUT he ins't redirected to thank you page and after some time loading, the server returns a 524 ERROR, i have installed the same website in my local and a check that this problem is only in the live server, so i think is due a server configuration.. i have a digital ocean with Ubunto, nginx, W3 Total Cache and my domain is on cloudflare... this is the problem. WHAT I WANT: I want when the user hit the 'buy' button and all his information is right, redirect correctly for the thank you page.
