Hi, A website is to be developed for research paper publication. The website will have several journals under the hood. For example springer.com. However, this work is not extensive as commercial websites like Springer or [login to view URL], etc. Features required; It will work on the Open Journal System (OJS) ([login to view URL]). OJS will do almost all the work. So website development will be easy. Just for information; The website will be able to make an account for authors. The website will show various categories of journals available The website will show new publication etc and some stats of download, read, etc., The search capability should be added like by the name of authors or keywords etc. Other requirements as normal publication website needed (not much). (I do not need payment integration.) The theme for the website should look professional. The developer will create/ arrange this requirement. Secondly, the budget is fixed. So no more allowances after finalizing the deal.
