I would like the following built: 1. A mobile optimized webpage to build, store and complete e-forms that is split per company/customer a) Ability to set/change and display a company logo and company name b) e-Form Fields should include text (single line), text (multiple line), date picker, numerical fields (integer and decimal), image/attachment upload c) Ability to label fields d) Ability to easily arrange fields 2) Ability to store forms per company/entity a) Each company should have a company admin who can create form admins for one or more departments. b) Each form admin should be able create/customize and see responses to forms with their permitted departments 3) A global admin who can create companies and set the company admins 4) Ability to download form data as a .csv file. 5) The per company home page is intended for different customers so should have no interaction between them with the exception of the global admin account/s. 6) User management as follows: a) Global Admins who can create new company profiles and set a company admin. Should no have visibility over form data b)Company admins who can see all company specific content, create departments and set department admins. c)End User Accounts per company who can see forms for department of which they are a member.
