Web development - Online Examination system

I need someone to design and build an online examination system With payment gateway. Please read the requirements the specifications below carefully and thoroughly. the system will have a main page which contains about us, contact us, login icon and expatiation about the service that the site gives. - The login icon when clicked will take visitor to page that would have three login types (admin, staff, student) - admin login page (username and password) has a user control to add new staff - staff has user control to add new subject and user control to add new questions, exams and user control to add students. -Staff page for new staff to register : name, password, email - a student login page , when student logs in he sees his subjects, exams, grades, messages from staff and exams he completed." Must not be able to copy or paste disabled" - The staff creates an exam under a subject (chosen from list of subject from a drop town menu). - the questions are multiple choice , a next button at the bottom of every question page. - The number of exam questions vary from one exam to another, in the last question's page there is a submit button. - Once the exam is submitted, a grade summary will show the number of correct and of false questions. A link to the exam's correct answers. Database design: Table 1) admin , columns : admins names and passwords hashed table 2) Questions, columns: question_id, subject_id, question, option_1, option2, option3 option4, correct_ans table 3) staff, columns : staff_id, staff_name, staff_password (hashed), staff_email table 4) subject , columns: subject_id, subject_name Add more tables as needed for this project.
