We need a web app designed for the tablet to submit service/repair report via email. When our technicians completed the servicing job on site, they will be able to input in this online form, customers will be able to sign on the tablet and confirm their jobs done, upload photos. Functions required: - Input in the form - Running number of SRR No. and able to assign manually - Sign signature on the tablet - Upload photos from tablet - Submit the form and send to email to multiple recipients - Save report data into excel sheet - Auto-generate PDF with photos in folder - Form no need to follow current format - Form header with Logo and text - Any programming language is ok for the project but need to easy to modify the form - Web hosting provided
