VoIP Expertise and Web Development.

I have a VoIP and web design project that requires the worker I hire to be skilled in: VoIP – This includes experience with VoIP phone system features and functionality, VoIP phone service provisioning, IP phones, VoIP Billing systems and all VoIP terminology. Web Design – Skilled in web design such as Dreamweaver. Knows PHP and ecommerce with Authorize.net. I need you to pass a VoIP quiz. This quiz consists of roughly 15 questions about VoIP technology. It will be done over the phone with me. Passing the quiz will not guarantee you are hired for the job. I have to first review your potential to be hired among other Upwork service providers. Criteria for being hired includes: 1) How well you pass my VoIP quiz. 2) The reviews you receive by others clients. 3) The hourly rate you charge. 4) How well the information in your profile fits what I am looking for. 5) The completed work in your portfolio. If I’m interested in hiring you for the job, I will call you and discuss this over the phone with you. If I’m interested in further pursuing a project relationship with you, I will issue you initial documentation for you to review. After 1 day of reviewing the initial documentation, I will call you for another phone discussion. If I proceed with hiring you for the job, over the phone I will issue you login information to the user portals discussed in the initial documentation. These are necessary for completing the work. You will also receive 8 hours of training videos. I estimate there will be 40-80 hours of work. After you pass my VoIP quiz, have a phone discussion we me and review the initial documentation, if I hire you for the job, I will pay $1,000 for the job to be completed.
