Veterinary Consultation Website -- 2

I would like to get a Veterinary Consultation Website created, the concept is to enable users to consult with veterinary doctors online through this website. 1. On online consultation page, there will be a consultation box, where user can consult veterinarians by entering details such as Name, age and sex of the animal, health issue and other details. User should be also able to attach photos and videos. 2. To start consultation, user should be logged in. If they are not logged in, then an option to register should be shown. 3. Veterinarians will be notified once a user sends a consultation request. Now, a veterinarian can read the message sent by user and see the attachment and can respond with the consultation/treatment, can send files too. 4. You can show the sender veterinarian identity to user, it shall have veterinarian's name and photo on it (Like, Dr. Albert [login to view URL]), that way the consultation authorization can be verified. 5. Veterinarians should be notified of consultation requests through email. And if a veterinarian takes over the case and starts responding, other vets should also get alerted through email, this way we can simplify it for the vets and they will know whether a case is taken or not without logging in. 6. Consultation history should be always saved. That way you can see previous consultation history. 7. There will be automated messages and quick replies to save time on typing the formal and repeated messages. 8. There should be a page called Blog. If we wish, we should be able to post the consultation history on the Blog page. So that it will be viewable for others. 9. Home, About us, Contact us, Donate, Our Veterinarians and other pages should also be there. 10. This should be a fully free veterinary consultation website. 11. Please kindly make sure that it has enough protection to stop users uploading virus or malicious content through the upload option. 12. The template/theme of the website should be related to animals and veterinary. 13. There should be no branding. Inauguration of the website: It would be really great if an inauguration page can be made, it shall be a custom link which shall be only given to the Chief Guest who is going to inaugurate the website. It should have a button named “Launch the Website”, after the Chief Guest clicks it, it should redirect them to a page which says “101Vet has been inaugurated by [Chief Guest] name and etc” then we shall launch the website from the server end for the public.
