Vehicle Year/Make/Model search for Woocommerce - Wordpress

I am looking for a Year/Make/Model search for Woocommerce driven website. This plugin will be used for a Vehicle Parts & Accessories e-commerce site using Wordpress and Woocommerce e-commerce plugin.
I would like to have the ability to setup the categories and add the year, make, model for each parts and accessories. If you want an idea here's the link to the "Vehicle Search" at [login to view URL]: [login to view URL]
You will see that when you select different cars it requires different options.
I would like for it to be widget also so it can be installed in the Wordpress sidebar. Makes it easier to customize in the site. Search should be like a progressive search. Please keep in mind that we are planning to do a product upload of 10,000 to 20,000+ so if a product taxonomy (ex. title "product search) it will be easy to setup the csv file rather than picking the categories one by one in woocommerce. I will be using the Product Import Suite extension for Woocommerce.
Other requirements:
- Widget form -- so can be installed in Wordpress sidebar
- Shortcode generated for easy installation
Given that I will be compiling all of the huge database on my own It seems that this will be of minimal effort for someone that knows how to and has done this before. i don't anticipate it should take very long to make and I will give 100% attention until this project is completed.
