Hello There, Checked the details of the problem you are facing. As I understood, You want some particular section of your html page only when new data row is inserted into the database (Or say new bet is placed) and not refresh those sections every second to reduce requests load on server. Surely I could help you with this problem. I am proficient in PHP, MySQL, jQuery and Ajax. Regarding the question you asked whether any other framework can accomplishing what you need, I will need to see the site and working first to confirm this. But if the site is simple, I won't suggest to make it complex using these frameworks. What you want could be achieved easily with PHP, JQuery and Ajax. To answer your question, yes, it's possible to only update the HTML when there's an update. It's not really a framework like the ones you suggested, but a different technology altogether which can be used in your existing application without changing the technology stack.
