Update Joomla, Virtuemart and plugins

Dear Freelancers please READ before you send an offer, It might sound a routine update but is not. After updating website is not working properly. First of all Joomla version is 3.6.5 and we want to make it 3.8.1. Virtuemart is version 3.0.18 and we want to make it 3.2.4. There are also few other plugins that need updating. We updated VirtueMart first and then Joomla. Website front end looks ok but when we try to change a product and click save we get this error: "An error has occurred. 1054 Unknown column 'product_stockhandle' in 'field list' " We found plugin "Stockable Custom fields" and updated as well but we still get the same error. We cleared cached and expired cache still the same issue. We also tried to Fix Database Extensions->Manage->Database Fix still nothing changed. Then we tried at VirtueMart->Tools->Tools & Migration->Optimize Database. Seemed ok we got "Message Database updated" Still same error when you edit a product and try to save, "An error has occurred. 1054 Unknown column 'product_stockhandle' in 'field list' " Last thing we tried at VirtueMart->Tools->Tools & Migration->Install or if necessary update tables. Voila, we can edit and save without any problem, BUT front end is totally messed up. Normally when you click a category from menu you get a list with all the Products (small size) and by clicking on them you get the choice to pick a color which means different stats and price ect. After the tables updating when you click a category you see the products but totally huge and you also see the drop down menu for color picking.
