See the attached requirements. Required before August 30th. This software is composed of 11 simple forms (screens). 2 Screens with more data fields (just entry). 2 Forms with some simple logic for status changes and validations. 2 reports. The software should work on desktop and mobile. Back-end could be anything you want to use. Front end should be Bootstrap. You will deliver the software in source format so I can make changes later. After you review the attachment, which has the detailed requirements, you can discuss with me any technical details. Page 5 has a mock-up screen. Very simple. Logo will be provided. Data entry screens will be straight forward. Delivery is required before end of August. List of Forms 1. Customer (detail and simple *) 2. Site * 3. Block * 4. Lot * 5. Unit (detail and simple *) 6.
