Tracking System

I own a trucking company in USA and I want to track my drivers location from their cell phone. I want their location to be sent to me by email every 8 hours for 7 days to a couple of my emails. I want to use this platform for my multiple companies. I need a system that will work on both Android and IOS phones. If you have worked on similar projects, please share the link to review your work experience. I need a tracking system to manage location tracking via driver's mobile (this may be an old fashioned mobile). I also might need to track a driver live or back track a driver as in which route he followed with how many stops for how long etc. I came across a system in which the drivers don’t have to download the app, when we send the driver a text message and the driver opens that text message with a phone number in it, and when the driver calls that number and presses 1, the tracking begins automatically or he simply says yes to the text message and the tracking starts. We are trying to create a system similar to this where we don’t require the drivers to download apps as we are dealing with new drivers everytime and this is more convenient. This system is being created from scratch.
